Accommodation and Services
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
How many people can stay?
Maximum 12 persons totally. There are tents for 4 people and 3 people.
Can I use Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Is there a turn-off time?
There is no turn-off time, but since there are private houses in the vicinity, we ask that you refrain from making loud noises or playing music outdoors after 20:00.
Please enjoy in the administration building or in the tent after 20:00.
I'm new to the outdoors, what should I wear?
There are insects in the summer, so if you are worried about insect bites, we recommend long sleeves and long pants. In winter, the temperature may drop to minus.
We have heating equipment in the facilities and tents, but we recommend that you take proper measures against the cold. It is convenient to bring sandals when going back and forth between the tent and the administration building.
Is it possible for elderly people, people with disabilities, and pregnant women to stay?
We are promoting universal tourism where everyone can use glamping facilities and experience local ecotours without feeling there are barriers. Specifically, there are slopes to improve access to the tent site adjacent to the lounge with toilets and shower rooms. We can coordinate local ecotours visiting Mt. Fuji World Heritage sites and National Parks with good accessibility. We will respond to your request as much as possible, so please contact us freely.
Can you comfortably spend BBQ even on rainy days?
You can enjoy BBQ under the tarp. Umbrellas are also available, so please use them.
Is there any insect?
Since the area is surrounded by nature, there are insects, depending on the time of year. The site is fully equipped with insect repellent and mosquito coil. We have prepared insect repellents that are gentle on your skin, but if you have any medicines that you are familiar with, we recommend that you bring them with you.
I would like to celebrate, can you please do something?
We will respond if you contact us in advance.
Can I use it only for day trip glamping or BBQ?
Currently, we do not accept day trip plans, but it may be possible depending on the situation, such as wedding charter. For more information, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Do you have insurance?
We have ordinary accident insurance, domestic travel insurance, and liability insurance.
How should I manage valuables?
We do not keep valuables. Please manage it by yourself.
Is it possible to make a bonfire?
You can use the bonfire. We will serve a bundle of firewood (additional firewood will be charged separately).
Reservation / Payment
How can I make a reservation?
We accept inquiries via the inquiry form or by phone (81-544-66-5722: 10:00 to 17:00). Please make a reservation at least 3 days before your stay.
Is there a cancellation fee?
The cancellation policy is as follows.
・ 30 to 14 days before: 20% of the rate.
・ 13 to 4 days before: 30% of the rate.
・ From the 3 days before (72 hours before check-in) to the day, and if there is no contact: 100% of the accommodation fee.
If the facility cannot be operated due to bad weather such as a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Is there a child fee?
Free for children under 2 years old, child fee for 3-10 years old, adult fee for 11 years old and over.
Prices vary depending on the plan, so please check the page for each plan.
What happens in the case of a typhoon?
No cancellation fee will be charged for closure if the facility determines that it is dangerous (the criteria are from the Japan Meteorological Agency). In case of closure, we will contact you individually by email or phone. We can also introduce an alternative accommodation if necessary.
How can I pay?
We will send you an invoice in advance, so please pay by card or wire transfer. Card companies that can be used are VISA, American Express and MasterCard.
Meals
What kind of meal can I enjoy?
Dinner: You can enjoy BBQ or hot pot (winter). The BBQ grill is included in the accommodation plan and features local meats, Jibie (Wild deer meats) and seasonal vegetables from the local vineyards. Please contact us for an optional Farm to Table program.
Breakfast: You can enjoy cooking bread from a local bakery or making hot sandwiches outdoors in the facility or when the weather is nice.
Can you handle allergies and dietary restrictions?
We deal with allergies, vegetarians, Islamic friendly, etc. Please contact us in advance.
Can I bring in drinks and food?
Yes, you can. However, please note that we are not responsible for food poisoning caused by food bringing in.
Can I buy ingredients and drinks?
There is a convenience store nearby, so please purchase there.
Facilities

Free Wi-Fi, webcam with microphone, 52-inch TV monitor, and various extension cords are available.
Is there a parking lot?
Please use it as it is available.
Please tell us about the equipment in the administration building.
There are 2 toilets and 2 showers, a refrigerator, an ice machine, a toaster, a hot sandwich maker, an electric kettle, etc. Enjoy free drinks such as fair-trade coffee and tea.
Please tell us about the equipment in the tent.
Equipped with cots (folding beds), mattresses, pillows, blankets, comforters, sheets, chairs, lanterns, etc. (electric blankets, stoves in winter). There is also an outlet so you can use electricity.
Do you have amenities?
Bath towels, face towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available. There is also a hairdryer. Please bring your own basic cosmetics, brushes, toothpaste and shave.
Is there a smoking area?
Yes, we have an outdoor smoking area, but smoking is prohibited inside the tent and administration building. Please throw the butts in the designated place.
